What's included in the free plan?
Track up to 3 vendors, weekly digest of changes to those vendors, essential vendor info, and the in-app changelog scoped to your watchlist. No credit card, no time limit — Free is the trial. Real-time alerts, partner-impact analysis, AI Vendor Match, and unlimited compare are Pro-only.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
No. Free is the trial — every feature on Free is yours indefinitely with no card on file. When you upgrade, you pay immediately at the displayed price. We dropped the 14-day Pro trial because most partners told us they'd rather try the product on real data forever (Free) than rush a 14-day window.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period via the Stripe billing portal — no questions, no retention call. Your data stays accessible until the period ends and you can export anything before that.
How often do you update vendor data?
Our scrape pipeline runs weekly (Wednesday morning, Europe/Amsterdam) and refreshes program data — MDF, deal-registration windows, tier requirements, certifications. Every change passes editorial review before landing on your dashboard. The Pro/Team digest fires the same morning, so you know first.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Switch the pricing toggle to Yearly to get two months free — the cards above show the exact savings amount in your currency. Both Pro and Team support annual billing. VAT or sales tax is applied at checkout based on your location. You can start on monthly and switch later from the Stripe billing portal.
What happens when I exceed my plan limits?
We don't auto-upgrade or hard-block — you stay on your plan and the affordances scale to it. If you hit the Free 3-vendor cap, the watchlist toggle on a 4th vendor surfaces an Upgrade to Pro modal. Free users hitting the 2-vendor compare cap see a banner. Pro users have unlimited tracking + compare and never see either.
